I just updated Cruncher. To be honest, this wasn’t the update I planned. I had bigger things in mind. Unfortunately, I got distracted and I almost forgot it. So I picked it up, got some help and bumped this baby up to a better minimum product.

I’ve had so many people talk to me about Cruncher, and there’s so much potential for what it can be. I’ve had meetings and Skype calls about this little thing. I’ve written posts about my ideas. Also, I’ve heard of some under-the-radar competing product (never seen it though). All in all, the coming year is a good time to take this serious and make some moves. To start this, I made it better.

So here’s what has changed

  1. There’s now a better designed landing page that has more information about what the product is
  2. There’s a new demo page for people who want to see what it looks like before running it
  3. There’s now support for five banks now thanks to Devcenter Square’s Ng Bank Parser
  4. There’s a new trends page with charts and summaries. (Yay! Color)
  5. There’s a new transactions page where you can play with every single transactions and even hide the ones you don’t want in your calculations
  6. When you search now, you get to see a trend of how that query has progressed over time

I hope to get this version out to as many people, and push it as far as possible. I need awesome people on my side, I’m working and hoping towards getting that.

Happy New Year in advance guys, check how your account fared this year at cruncherapp.co
